BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) just announced 3 brand new range of tablet PCs which are expected to release within in a few days. All of these three tablets are designed by Pantel Technologies in collaboration with BSNL. The cheapest of these tables is T-PAD IS701R which comes with an unbelievable price of just INR 3250 or $65(approx). The price make it one and only competitor of Aakash table which was launched by the Central Government in November 2011. Aakash tablet is also priced at only INR 2999 or $60.

So for me Aakash Ubislate 7+ is a better option over BSNL Penta T-PAD IS701R because it has built in mobile phones function and it can even use 3G services via 3G USB dongles. So if you need just one gadget to fulfill all your needs (except the use of camera) then Aakash Ubislate 7+ is yours. But if you need the camera more than the phone functionality then you may consider BSNL Penta T-PAD IS701R.
Your comaparision is good search but as i know ubi7+ has also a front vga cam. But not confirm.
